Where should I wait for the driver? How to find the driver?
Designated Pick-Up point/location by Malaysia Airport Authority is at LEVEL ONE for both KLIA Main Terminal and Klia2 Terminal. Traveler can easily contact with the driver by the Driver Information provided one day before pick-up to arrange the meeting point.
Will the driver hold my name board at arrival hall to meet me?
Our Arrival Name Board Service is provided by airport crew with additional charges. Your driver will be waiting at the designated waiting area before you are ready for pick-up. Just inform the driver once you are ready for pick-up, the driver will drive to pick-up location to meet with you.
If my flight is delayed, the driver will still wait for us? Any extra charges for waiting?
Hassle and Worry Free when you book with us! Our pick-up time for arrival is on Actual Time of Flight Arrival. We will check your flight status live and the driver will standby at the airport based on the buffer time you select for your booking. No Extra Charge for flight delayed, however if the pick-up time is after 23:00, additional Mid-Night Surcharge is applicable.
Do you provide baby/child seat for kids?
Due to our operational issue and considerations, we do not provide any baby/child seat for all our vehicle. We are always welcome for traveler who wish to bring their own baby/child seat.
How do I contact with the driver?
Driver and Vehicle Information will be provided one day before pick-up. If you are using WhatsApp, a group chat with driver will be created for your ease and convenience to communicate with driver.
How do I make payment? Do you provide receipt?
You can easily pay by both Debit/Credit card, TouchnGo Ewallet, DuitNow Online Bank Transfer to confirm your booking. Official Receipt will be provided upon request only.
Can I get refund if I cancel my booking?
100% Full refund if your cancellation is 24-hours before booked pick-up time. If there’s more information needed, kindly contact us.
Can I reschedule my pick-up time or postpone my booking?
Reschedule or postpone pick-up time can be done 12-hours before booked pick-up time only.
