Arrival Pickup Instructions

✅ With Airport Pickup Add-on

You will receive an arrival placard with your name.
After completing immigration, baggage claim and customs security, proceed to the paging area at the International Arrival Hall.
The paging area is on the left-hand side of the exit gate, after the customs security baggage checkpoint.
Look for a sign with your name placed on the barrier handle at the paging area.
Your representative will then escort you to your vehicle at the curbside pickup area.

⚠️ Without Airport Pickup Add-on

No arrival placard will be provided.
Do not proceed to the paging area.
After immigration, baggage claim and customs security, proceed directly to the designated pickup point stated in your booking confirmation or provided by your driver.
If you are unsure where to go, WhatsApp us immediately for assistance.

Flight Tracking & Waiting

Skylimo will monitor your flight using the flight number provided in your booking.
90 minutes of complimentary waiting time is provided from the actual flight landing time.
The complimentary waiting period starts from actual landing, not the originally scheduled arrival time.

Example: Scheduled arrival 12:00 PM → actual landing 12:15 PM → complimentary waiting until 1:45 PM.

Driver Standby Procedure

Approximately 20 minutes after actual landing, your driver will proceed to the airport-designated waiting or holding area and remain on standby.
Once ready, WhatsApp us to confirm your location and readiness.
The 20-minute standby timing does not provide an additional 20 minutes of complimentary waiting.

Terminal Pickup — Maximum 10 Minutes

Drivers must comply with the airport authority's maximum 10-minute waiting requirement at the terminal pickup area.
A RM100 penalty may be imposed by the airport authority if the vehicle exceeds the permitted terminal waiting time.
If the driver exceeds the permitted time due to a passenger-related delay, any penalty imposed may be charged to the passenger.

KLIA Terminal 1 & Terminal 2

Your driver will monitor your flight and confirm the actual landing time.
Proceed to the designated airport waiting/holding area approximately 20 minutes after actual landing.
Coordinate with our team when ready, then proceed to the designated pickup point according to the airport pickup procedure.
Complete the pickup within the applicable terminal waiting limit where terminal access is required.

Flight Delay Policy

Less than 2 hours: No action is normally required. We monitor the updated flight arrival time.
2–4 hours: Please WhatsApp us. Pickup arrangements can be updated free of charge, subject to operational and driver availability.
4 hours or more: Contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Rescheduling is free of charge with at least 12 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Late-Night / Early-Morning Arrivals

For pickups between 22:00 – 06:59, a night surcharge may apply. Any applicable surcharge will be communicated or shown before the booking is confirmed.

Choose Your Pickup Time Correctly

Please ensure your scheduled pickup time allows you to arrive at the airport at least 2.5 hours before your flight departure.

Pickup Time = Flight Departure − 2.5 hours − Estimated Travel Time to Airport

Example: Flight departure 10:00 AM · travel time 65 minutes · required airport arrival 7:30 AM · recommended pickup 6:25 AM.

Allow additional buffer during peak traffic, bad weather or unfamiliar routes.

The pickup time selected or requested by the customer is the customer's responsibility. Insufficient travel time may result in insufficient time for airport procedures.

Before Your Pickup

Please be ready 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Ensure your pickup location is correct and accessible to the driver.
Keep your phone available in case the driver needs to contact you.
Ensure your contact number, airline and flight details are accurate.

Airline & Departure Terminal

Please provide your correct airline and flight information when booking.
Your airline information helps us ensure you are taken to the correct departure terminal.
If your airline changes after confirmation, inform us via WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Driver Delay Guarantee

If your driver is more than 15 minutes late after the scheduled pickup time:

You may wait for the assigned driver and continue your journey — 100% refund of the original booking fare.
Or arrange alternative transportation — 100% refund plus reimbursement up to RM200, subject to the stated requirements and an official receipt.
If you drive your own vehicle, 100% refund plus up to RM100 toward reasonable travel expenses such as tolls and airport parking.

The Driver Delay Guarantee applies when the driver is more than 15 minutes late after the scheduled pickup time. Skylimo is not responsible for additional costs arising from a customer's choice of an insufficient pickup time.

Plan for the Airport — Not Just the Drive

For your protection, allow sufficient time for traffic, weather and unforeseen delays before your flight. Your airport arrival buffer should also cover check-in, baggage drop-off, immigration and security procedures.

⏱️ Our recommendation: build extra time into your pickup plan during peak traffic and bad weather.
