No Worry for any flight delay as our pick-up time is based oWn flight Actual Time of Arrival (ATA). We dont charge extra for flight delay. However if the flight delay until your pick-up time is within 23:00pm-06:30am, you will need to pay for Midnight Surcharge.

Question: Is there any extra waiting charge if i’m late?
Answer:-

We offer Complimentary Waiting Time allowance for both Airport Drop Off & Airport Pick up Service. If you exceeded the Complimentary Waiting Time, there is extra waiting charge based on 30-minutes per slot and type of vehicle you book.

Question: Do you provide any child seat / baby seat or wheel chair?
Answer:-

NO, we dont provide any child seat, baby seat or wheel chair due to operational issue.

Question: Do you provide meet and greet service? will the driver wait and hold the name board at arrival?
Answer:-

YES, we do provide Arrival Name Board Service (RM40.00 charge) . Arrival Name Board Service is only at KLIA Main Terminal by airport crew not by driver, our driver is allow to wait at airport designated waiting area only before going in to Pick-Up Point.

Question: I have 2 Pick Up or Drop Off Location, can you arrange that?
Answer:-

YES, sure. There is an extra charge for extra pick up or drop off location. Charges is based on type of vehicle and distance.

Question: Any discount if i book 2 way airport transfer?
