Will the driver hold a name board at the arrival hall to meet me?
Yes, we provide an optional Arrival Name Board/Signage Service through our airport assistant, available for an additional fee. While your driver won't be holding a name board, they will be stationed at the designated waiting area until you're ready for pick-up. Upon identifying and meeting our airport assistant with the arrival name board, they will notify the driver of your arrival. Subsequently, the driver will proceed to the designated location to meet you. Where can I locate my name board/signage?
Your name board will be conveniently positioned on the left side of the arrival hall for easy identification. Our dedicated airport assistant will be stationed there, holding the name board. If my flight is delayed, will the driver still wait for us? Is there any extra charge for waiting?
