One day before pick-up, you will receive detailed Driver and Vehicle Information. A WhatsApp group chat will be created with the driver for easy communication throughout your journey.

Yes, optional Arrival Name Board/Signage Service is available for an additional fee. While the driver won’t hold it, an airport assistant will manage the board and notify the driver upon your arrival.

Your name board will be on the left side of the arrival hall. Our airport assistant will hold it and help you with the airport transfer.

Yes! Pick-up is synced with your actual flight arrival, using real-time flight monitoring. We offer up to 90 minutes of free waiting time from the actual landing time. No extra charges for delays within that window. If pick-up is after 22:00, a Midnight Surcharge applies.

In the event of a flight cancellation, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone. We will assist you with either a full refund (if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before original pick-up) or rescheduling your transfer to a new flight date, subject to availability.

KLIA Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are about 2 km apart but currently lack a seamless passenger transfer system (a new inter-terminal transit is expected in mid-2026). To ensure a smooth connection, we recommend allowing at least 3 hours between flights if you need to change terminals. Our drivers will monitor both arrival and departure flights and adjust waiting time accordingly. For passengers with tight connections, we can arrange for a dedicated vehicle to transfer you between terminals quickly – just mention this when booking.

Yes, the KLIA Aerotrain has experienced frequent disruptions. If the train is not operational, passengers are often directed to walk or take shuttle buses, which can cause delays. Our drivers are trained to handle such situations: they will monitor your flight's arrival gate and proactively call or WhatsApp you to coordinate an alternative meeting point (e.g., at the main arrival hall exit) to ensure you are picked up promptly, regardless of terminal chaos.

We understand that the designated e-hailing pick-up zones at KLIA can be crowded, hot, and confusing. That is why we offer a meet & greet service. Our airport assistant will be waiting for you at the arrival hall with a name board, just after you exit customs. They will escort you directly to your vehicle, bypassing the crowded public pick-up areas. This ensures a stress-free start to your journey.

Absolutely. All our vehicles are fully insured, regularly maintained, and equipped with GPS tracking. Our drivers are licensed professionals with valid PSV (Public Service Vehicle) licenses, background checks, and extensive experience in airport transfers. We do not provide baby/child seats. Travelers are welcome to bring their own seats for safety and comfort.

Yes, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. For pick-ups between 22:00 and 07:00, a midnight surcharge applies (as clearly indicated during booking). This ensures our drivers are fairly compensated for overnight work. There are no hidden fees – all charges are transparently shown before you confirm your booking.

You are entitled to a 100% refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled pick-up. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee. Contact us for support with cancellations.

Yes, you can reschedule or postpone provided you request at least 12 hours before pick-up. Contact us within this timeframe to adjust your reservation.
