Choose your transport arrangement before race weekend. For a two-way transfer, both journeys are booked at agreed times. For hourly chauffeur service, the driver remains on standby at the circuit for the booked duration.
Choose Your Return Arrangement
Two-way private transfer: Select your hotel pickup time and your return pickup time when requesting a quote. Both times are pre-booked.
Hourly chauffeur: Your chauffeur remains on standby at the circuit during the booked service period. You can request to return to your hotel when ready within the agreed hours. Additional time is subject to availability and charges.
Pickup and drop-off instructions will be confirmed for your booking. Special event access and parking entitlements are not included unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the two transport options?
Two-way private transfer: Your hotel-to-circuit pickup and circuit-to-hotel return pickup are both booked for agreed times. The driver does not remain at the circuit between journeys.
Hourly chauffeur: The chauffeur takes you to the circuit and stays on standby during the booked service duration. You can request the return journey when you are ready, within the agreed hours and subject to the confirmed pickup arrangements.
Do I need to choose my return time in advance?
For a two-way transfer, yes. Please select a return pickup time for each booked day. If you later need to change it, contact us as early as possible; changes are subject to availability and traffic conditions.
For hourly chauffeur service, choose the requested service duration instead. Your return should be requested within the booked hours.
Where will the driver pick me up at the circuit?
The pickup and drop-off instructions will be confirmed for your booking based on the access arrangements in effect. Please follow the instructions provided by Skylimo and on-site authorities. We do not guarantee access to any particular circuit area or parking location.
Cancellation Policy
This cancellation policy applies to the entire event-transfer package, whether the booking is for 2 days or 3 days.
Cancellation 48 hours or more before the first scheduled pickup: 100% refund, no questions asked.
Cancellation less than 48 hours before the first scheduled pickup: No refund, as the vehicle and driver have already been reserved and assigned to the booking.
The 48-hour cancellation period is calculated based on the scheduled pickup time on the first day of the booking.
Can we leave the circuit earlier?
For a two-way transfer, your return pickup is at the time booked in advance; any change is subject to availability. For hourly chauffeur service, you can request the return within the booked service duration.
What if we want the driver to stay at Sepang throughout the entire event?
Choose the hourly chauffeur option if you want the driver and vehicle to remain on standby at the circuit while you attend the event.
The hourly option is quoted according to the requested service duration and confirmed terms.
Does hourly chauffeur standby have a fixed end time?
The chauffeur remains on standby for the duration confirmed in your quote. Any extension beyond the booked hours must be agreed in advance or requested from the driver, and is subject to availability and additional charges.
How do I meet my driver for the return journey?
Your pickup instructions and return arrangement will be confirmed with your booking. For a two-way transfer, be ready at the agreed time. For hourly service, contact your driver when you are ready to return within the booked hours.
