Is this a private transfer or a shared shuttle?
This is a private transfer. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for your group — you will not share it with other passengers.
Do you pick up from KLIA and KLIA2?
Yes. We can pick you up from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), KLIA2, or any hotel in Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley and take you directly up to Genting Highlands.
How long is the journey from Kuala Lumpur to Genting?
Typically around 60–90 minutes from central Kuala Lumpur, depending on traffic and your pickup location. From KLIA, expect around 90–120 minutes. On weekends and public holidays, allow extra time.
Which vehicle should I choose?
It depends on your group size and luggage. Small groups (1–3) are usually comfortable in a Compact Sedan. Groups of 1–4 with luggage should consider the Compact MPV / SUV (Perodua Alza). For premium comfort, choose the Executive MPV (Alphard / Vellfire) or the Premium Executive Van (Toyota Hiace with Pilot Seat). For larger families, the XL MPV (Staria) seats up to 7 with 7 bags. Groups of 10–14 should book the Excursion 14-Seater Van.
Can we make a stop along the way?
Short stops (for example at the Chin Swee Caves Temple or Genting Premium Outlets) can usually be arranged. Please mention any stops in the Special Requests field so we can plan the timing.
Do you offer round trips and multi trip packages?
Yes. You can choose:
One-Way Transfer — a single journey (KL → Genting, or Genting → KL).
Round Trip — drop-off and same-day return.
Multi Trip — we drop you off on one date and pick you up on a different date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup: 100% refund, no questions asked.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup: No refund, as the vehicle and driver have already been reserved and assigned to the booking.
For multi-trip bookings, the 24-hour period is calculated from the pickup time on the first day of the booking.
When will I receive the driver and vehicle details?
Driver and vehicle information is provided 1 day before the scheduled pickup, according to the booking arrangement.

What Happens Next After You Request a Genting Highlands Transfer
