Skylimo.my IS A COMPANY WHICH PROVIDES A WEBSITE, PLATFORM FOR USERS/CONSUMERS TO VIEW, OBTAIN OR PROCURE GOODS AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY PARTNER. WHERE THE GOODS/SERVICES ARE OFFERED AND/OR PROVIDED BY PARTNER. Skylimo.my ROLE IS MERELY TO LINK THE USER WITH SUCH PARTNERS OR TO ENABLE USERS/CONSUMERS TO VIEW INFORMATION IN RESPECT OF THE PARTNER’S GOODS/SERVICES. Skylimo.my IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTS AND/OR OMISSIONS OF ANY PARTNERS OR INFORMATION RELATING TO THE SAME. PARTNERS SHALL BEAR ALL LIABILITY IN RELATION TO SUCH GOODS AND SERVICES. PARTNERS ARE NOT, AND SHALL NOT HOLD THEMSELVES TO BE, AN AGENT, EMPLOYEE OR STAFF OF Skylimo.my AND THE SOLUTIONS PROVIDED BY PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE DEEMED TO BE PROVIDED BY Skylimo.my. Skylimo.my WILL ONLY HELP USERS/CONSUMERS AND PARTNERS TO COORDINATE THE PROBLEMS BETWEEN USERS AND PARTNERS TO GET THE BEST BENEFITS FOR BOTH PARTIES.

- Neutral Platform: Skylimo.my provides an online platform to connect users and consumers (“Users”) with independent service providers (“Partners”) for viewing, accessing, or procuring goods and services. Skylimo.my itself does not own, operate, or provide the goods and services offered on the platform.
- No Control Over Pricing: All pricing displayed on Skylimo.my is determined solely by the Partners. Skylimo.my does not influence, dictate, or set the pricing or terms of the goods and services provided by the Partners.
- Payment Collection: Skylimo.my acts as a payment collection agent on behalf of the Partners. All payments made by Users are transferred to the respective Partners after deducting minimal bank or service charges and any advertising fees that are pre-agreed with the Partners. Advertising fees, agreed upon between Skylimo.my and the Partners, are charged for enhanced visibility or promotions on the platform. These fees do not impact the prices displayed to Users. Skylimo.my is committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all transactions to ensure a smooth and reliable experience for both Users and Partners.
- Liability of Partners: The goods and services listed on Skylimo.my are provided exclusively by the Partners. Skylimo.my does not assume any responsibility or liability for the acts, omissions, quality, suitability, or legality of the goods and services offered by the Partners. Partners are solely liable for the goods and services they provide.
- Independent Status of Partners: Partners listed on Skylimo.my are independent contractors or entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Skylimo.my. Any agreements or transactions entered into by Users and Partners are strictly between those parties.
- Dispute Resolution Support: While Skylimo.my may assist in facilitating communication between Users and Partners to address concerns or disputes, it is not obligated to mediate or resolve such disputes.
- Information Accuracy: Skylimo.my strives to ensure the accuracy of information displayed on the platform but cannot guarantee that all details provided by Partners are complete, accurate, or up-to-date. Users are encouraged to verify the information directly with Partners.

By accessing or using Skylimo.my, Users agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge that Skylimo.my operates solely as a platform to connect Users with Partners.
Platform Role and Limitations
Skylimo.my provides an online space for Users to view and procure goods and services offered by Partners. Skylimo.my does not offer, own, or control the goods or services listed on the platform. The role of Skylimo.my is strictly limited to facilitating connections and payment processing.
Pricing and Payment
All pricing for goods and services is determined solely by the Partners. Skylimo.my does not influence, modify, or control the pricing of these services. Skylimo.my collects payments on behalf of the Partners as a service. Payments are transferred to the Partners after deducting minimal bank or service charges and any advertising fees that are pre-agreed with the Partners. Advertising fees, agreed upon between Skylimo.my and the Partners, are charged for enhanced visibility or promotions on the platform. These fees do not impact the prices displayed to Users. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their booking information and compliance with any terms set by Partners. Users must resolve any direct issues or disputes related to goods and services with the respective Partner.
Liability Disclaimer
Skylimo.my is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from transactions between Users and Partners, including but not limited to service delays, cancellations, or disputes over service quality. All liability related to the goods and services listed on Skylimo.my rests with the respective Partners.
Independent Partners
Partners are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Skylimo.my. Any claims or obligations related to the goods and services provided by Partners are the sole responsibility of the Partners.
Information and Content
Skylimo.my strives to provide accurate information on the platform but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content provided by Partners. Users should independently verify any details related to goods and services before making a purchase or booking.
Dispute Resolution
Skylimo.my may assist in facilitating communication between Users and Partners to address disputes. However, Skylimo.my is not obligated to mediate or resolve any disputes and will not be held liable for outcomes.
Changes to Terms and Platform
Skylimo.my reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
Cancellation, Reschedule & Refund Policy
✅ Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation / Reschedule — NO PENALTY or 100% Refund for cancellation more than 24 hours before booking pick-up time.
NO REFUND for cancellation less than 24 hours before the booking pick-up time.
🔄 Reschedule Policy
A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required prior to the scheduled pick-up or 12 hours before the new schedule pickup time.
NO RESCHEDULE and NO REFUND for less than 12 hours before the original reservation schedule pick-up time.
💰 Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to approval and are processed within 5–7 working days. The refund amount will be adjusted for any applicable bank charges and service fees.
Other Terms & Conditions
- Advance Bookings required at least one day / 24 hours in advance.
- All Bookings are confirmed with full payments only.
- Driver & Vehicle Information will be provided one (1) day before pick-up date.
- Airport Drop-Off (DEPARTURE): Grace period waiting time is 15 minutes from booking Pick-Up Time.
- Airport Pick-Up (ARRIVAL): Worry Free of any flight delayed or early arriving. Pick-Up Time is based on Actual Time of Arrival (ATA) + Buffer Time.
- Complimentary Waiting Time:
- 15 minutes for pick-up from other locations (except KLIA/Klia2 and SZB).
- 60 minutes for pick-up from airports (KLIA/Klia2 and SZB).
Grace Period Policy for Transfer Services
All transfer services are subject to a mutual 15-minute grace period for both the passenger and the driver. This grace period is implemented to accommodate unforeseen circumstances such as traffic congestion, temporary road closures, weather conditions, or other unexpected situations that may cause delays at the pickup point.
During this 15-minute grace period, neither party shall be considered late, and no compensation, penalty, or additional charge will apply to either the passenger or the driver within this timeframe.
Both parties are encouraged to communicate promptly if delays are anticipated in order to ensure smooth coordination of the transfer service.
Baggage / Luggage Policy
- Additional Baggage/Luggage: When you book with us, we offer a generous baggage/luggage allowance for each vehicle. If your baggage exceeds the free allowance, we are not responsible for issues of NOT FIT/CANNOT FIT. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure the selected vehicle’s maximum load allowance is not exceeded.
- Baggage Policy: The standard size for calculating luggage is based on 26-28 inches. Any large suitcase exceeding 30 inches will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. One piece of Standard Size equals Two smaller size (20″-22″) luggage.
Important Reminders: Infants and children are counted as one person. Passengers are not allowed to bring luggage that exceeds the capacity limit due to limited vehicle space. If the driver cannot accommodate excess baggage, the passenger may be refused service, and any consequences will be borne by the passenger.
Additional Traveler/Passenger: Driver has the right NOT to pick up if the number of travelers/passengers exceeds the vehicle’s allowed capacity. SAFETY & COMFORT is our priority!
Airport Transfer Extra Waiting Charge
RM50–RM100 for every 30 minutes extra depending on the type of vehicle.
All-Inclusive Price
Our airport transfer service operates on a fixed-price basis. The price includes tolls, parking fees, and any other charges that may be incurred during your journey. As long as you don’t change your pickup or drop-off location or time, you won’t have to pay any additional fees. Airport transfer and pickup/dropoff rates are subject to market adjustments, and actual prices may vary depending on factors such as booking time, usage time, and vendor. The price quoted at the time of booking is only valid for the current reservation. To enjoy the quoted price, we recommend that you book and pay as early as possible after obtaining your price quote.
Late Arrival / Punctuality Guarantee
If our driver does not arrive on time, you may contact Skylimo via WhatsApp at +601128313311. We will coordinate immediately. If the driver cannot provide service on time, we will compensate you at RM1 per minute of waiting time, up to a maximum of RM60 (in the form of coupons/credit). If we are ultimately unable to provide service, we will provide a one-to-one refund plus additional compensation of 50% of the booking amount.
Confirmation Guarantee
If skylimo.my confirms the order but then cancels it, causing you to be unable to travel, we will provide a full refund and additional compensation of at least 20% of the booking amount.
Replacement
In the event of vehicle replacement due to operational or other reasons, Skylimo shall arrange a vehicle of the same model/category or an upgraded model/category.
