Why doesn't the driver and vehicle remain at Sepang Circuit from the morning until the event ends?

This is an event transfer service, not continuous all-day chauffeur standby at the circuit. After the morning hotel-to-circuit transfer, you will be inside the circuit attending the event for most of the day, so the vehicle is not required to remain parked at the circuit while it is not being used.

The service is therefore arranged as: Hotel → Sepang Circuit → Driver leaves the circuit → Driver standby from 2:00 PM → Designated return pickup → Hotel.

This arrangement allows the driver to return and position for your return journey rather than remaining parked at the circuit for the entire event period.

Why does driver standby begin from approximately 2:00 PM?

The timing is designed around the expected event-day traffic and congestion around Sepang. As the event progresses, traffic around the circuit can become increasingly busy, especially when large numbers of spectators begin preparing to leave.

From approximately 2:00 PM onward, the driver returns to the standby/return-transfer arrangement so the vehicle can be positioned and ready for the designated event-day pickup.

This helps avoid waiting until the event finishes before arranging the vehicle's return access, when traffic congestion and vehicle access around the circuit may be significantly more difficult.

Does "same dedicated vehicle and driver" mean the vehicle stays at the circuit all day?

No. It means the same vehicle and driver are assigned to the booking. It does not mean that the driver remains physically at Sepang from the morning drop-off until the event finishes.

The driver completes the morning transfer, leaves the circuit, and returns to the standby/return-transfer arrangement from approximately 2:00 PM onward.

Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy applies to the entire event-transfer package, whether the booking is for 2 days or 3 days.

Cancellation 24 hours or more before the first scheduled pickup: 100% refund, no questions asked.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before the first scheduled pickup: No refund, as the vehicle and driver have already been reserved and assigned to the booking.

The 24-hour cancellation period is calculated based on the scheduled pickup time on the first day of the booking.

Can we leave the circuit earlier?

Yes. You may leave the circuit whenever you are ready. Follow the designated event-day pickup instructions provided for your booking and meet the driver at the designated pickup location.

What if we want the driver to stay at Sepang throughout the entire event?

If you require the same driver and vehicle to remain at the circuit from the morning drop-off, wait throughout the event, remain through the race/podium, and only leave when you are ready to return, this is continuous hourly chauffeur standby.

Continuous on-site standby is therefore a different service from the standard event-transfer package and is charged separately as an hourly chauffeur service.

Does the 8:00 PM service period mean the driver stays at the circuit until 8:00 PM?

No. The included service period is until 8:00 PM. This does not mean the vehicle remains parked at the circuit continuously until 8:00 PM.

It means the return service/standby arrangement is covered within the stated service period. If service is required after 8:00 PM, extended standby may be arranged subject to availability and additional charges.

What happens when the event finishes and everyone leaves?

You do not need to search for another vehicle. Your return pickup is planned in advance. Simply follow the designated event-day pickup instructions and meet your driver at the designated location.
