2️⃣ Refund Policy
- 📩 Refund requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp at least 24 hours before pickup.
- 💳 Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original booking.
- ⚠️ Any payment processor fees may apply and will be disclosed during the refund process.
3️⃣ Cancellation Policy
- ⏰ Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before pickup to avoid fees.
- 💸 Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a partial fee up to 50% of the fare.
- ❌ No-shows may be charged the full fare.

4️⃣ Grace Period Policy
- All transfer services are subject to a mutual 15‑minute grace period for both the passenger and the driver.
- This grace period accommodates unforeseen circumstances such as traffic congestion, temporary road closures, weather conditions, or other unexpected situations that may cause delays at the pickup point.
- During this 15‑minute grace period, neither party shall be considered late, and no compensation, penalty, or additional charge will apply to either the passenger or the driver within this timeframe.
- Both parties are encouraged to communicate promptly if delays are anticipated to ensure smooth coordination of the transfer service.
5️⃣ Airport Drop‑Off Notice
- We are not responsible for missed flights or delays resulting from insufficient travel time. Please ensure you allow adequate time for your journey to the airport, considering traffic, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.
